Bio-Power™ Soy-Based Summer Diesel Fuel Conditioner
Soy-based diesel fuel conditioner formulated to improve fuel economy and power, and overcome the known problems associated with today’s fuel and newer emission control systems.
Bio-Power ™ provides approved EPA standards for world class “Premium Diesel” injector cleanliness, lubricity, and stability (EPA registration#21482001 per 40 CFR 70.23). When used at the recommended treat rate in untreated fuel, Bio-Power ™ helps diesel fuels meet and exceed the National Conference on Weights & Measurements (NCWM), Engine Manufacturer’s Association (EMA) and Truck Maintenance Council (TMC) requirements for:
- Cummins L10 Injector Depositing Test Detergency (Reference SAE Paper No. 912331)
- Fuel Stability using the 180 minute, 302° F oxidation test (NCWM and ASTM accepted)
- Improved Lubricity (ASTM D-6078 Scuffing/Load BOCLE)
- Corrosion Protection ASTM D-665A (NACE)
- Water Tolerance ASTM D-1094
Bio-Power™ shows significant improvements over untreated fuels in fuel economy (4.1% to 13.6%), exhaust opacity (up to 42% black smoke reduction), and engine noise. Cleanliness and lubricity performance help to maintain engines in “like new” condition which maintains power, minimizes crankcase oil dilution, and supplements upper cylinders and valve train with anti-wear protection.

Bio-Booster™ Soy-Based Cetane Improver
Bio-Booster™ is a soy-based cetane improver that is completely soluble in fuels and increases diesel fuel ignitability, which is beneficial in many critical conditions. Bio-Booster can be used to meet and exceed major OEM cetane performance standards and is EPA registered as an approved cetane additive. (EPA registration #214820003 per 40 CFR 70.23)
Compatible with most commonly used diesel fuel additives and will not detract from fuel stability, lubricity, water tolerance, or corrosion protection. Blend Bio-Booster in terminal tanks, underground tanks, or directly into vehicle fuel tanks. Many cost effective benefits will be achieved when Bio-Booster is utilized in your fuels. Bio-Booster Cetane Improver is recommended at 1 gallon per 250 to 500 gallons of diesel fuel. Average of fuels tested indicated that 1 gallon per 250 gallons of fuel raises cetane numbers by 5 points.

Bio-Plus™ Injector Cleaner Gas Conditioner
Bio-Plus™ Injector Cleaner is a Multi-functional, highly concentrated, synthetic biobased gas additive that is formulated to provide excellent intake valve cleanliness and ensure clean efficient combustion in fuel injected and carburetor equipped engines.
This cost effective product meets the BMW criteria for lifetime intake valve deposit control with continuous use and is recommended for use in all grades of gasoline including gasoline containing oxygenates. Bio-Plus™ contains synthetic polymeric dispersants, anti-oxidants, demulsifer components, and anti-corrosive agents that are formulated in a synthetic biobased carrier which will not affect octane ratings or catalytic converters. Bio-Plus™ meets performance standards requested by EPA and major automotive manufacturers. Polymeric dispersants have been recognized by major automotive manufacturers and the EPA to clean injectors, keep injectors clean with continuous use, improve fuel efficiency, and reduce emissions. Tests have been conducted that show using synthetic polymeric dispersants can provide fuel efficiency up to 15% and a reduction of exhaust emissions up to 18%.
Bio-Valve Lube™ Gas Conditioner (For Off Road Use)
Bio-Valve Lube™ chemistry is approved for use by the EPA for off-road equipment and marine engine manufacturers.
Using this highly concentrated conditioner is an absolute necessity for reducing valve seat, ring, and upper cylinder wear in engines that operate at high RPM’s or under heavy loads.
