Bio-Spindle™ Oils (ISO 22)
Bio-Spindle™ Oil is an ultimate biodegradable vegetable based formula that replaces many mineral oil based spindle oils.
Bio-Spindle™ Oil is formulated to perform in high speed, lightly loaded bearings that require both Anti-Wear, Rust, and Oxidation properties. It is highly inhibited against moisture and rusting in both fresh and sea water and passes both A and B Sequences of the ASTM D-665 Turbine Oil Rust Test. Incorporating the super high viscosity index of the Stabilized High Oleic Base Stocks (HOBS) into the formula, gives multi-grade synthetic based oil performance by boosting the viscosity index to synthetic levels. Bio-Spindle Oil™ is designed to meet or exceed the ISO standard FC-22. A zinc-free additive system has also been developed that is environmentally friendly and meets the Anti-Wear requirements for high speed spindle bearings. Bio-Spindle Oil is an ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE product that is formulated from renewable agricultural plant resources.
Bio-Air Compressor™ Fluid (SAE 30)
Bio-Air Compressor™ Fluid is an ultimately biodegradable biobased/synthetic formula that replaces hydrocarbon oil based compressor fluids.
The super high viscosity index of the HOBS is combined with a biobased synthetic ester that improves the thermal shear stability of the formula and increases load capacity. The HOBS’s extremely low volatility increases the flash and fire safety features in the formula. Bio-Air Tool™ Lubricants (ISO 22, 32)
Bio-Air Tool™ Lubricants are specially formulated, ultimately biodegradable air tool lubricants designed to replace petroleum based air tool oils.
Because of the super high viscosity index of the HOBS, these biobased products perform in many applications. In addition, these products emulsify water for improved lubricity in moist conditions and provide anti-misting. The natural oily film of these products have shown in laboratory and field tests to out perform petroleum base oils in terms of natural lubricity. These air tool oils provide excellent lubrication for both rotary and reciprocating types of air tools, such as chipping hammers, impact wrenches, air motors, grinders, reamers, drills, etc. They can be fed through an airline lubricator or by a squirt can directly into the tool through the quick coupling air connection. These products have exceptional benefits over petroleum oils in these applications because there is direct danger of polluting the air, water, soil, or work environment through loss of the lubricant.
Bio-Drip™ Oils (SAE 10W20, SAE 10W30)
Bio-Drip™ Oils are fully formulated ultimately biodegradable vegetable based high performance turbine oils. Bio-Drip™ Oils are recommended for use in drip lubrication systems for water well line shaft bearings, irrigation systems, etc.
Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS’s natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant.
These products should always be used whenever there is a danger of soil or water pollution. The best applications for these products are in the agricultural, construction, forestry, mining and marine industries.
Bio-Vacuum Pump™ Oil (SAE 10W30)
Bio-Vacuum Pump™ Oil is an ultimately biodegradable vegetable oil formula that is recommended in the dairy industry for automatic milking machines and most other vacuum pump applications. Can also be used as an AW hydraulic fluid and it contains rust, corrosion, oxidation and foam inhibitors.
Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS’s natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant.
Bio-Slide Way™ Lubricant (ISO 32, 68, 220)
Bio-Slide Way™ Lubricants are specially formulated biodegradable, biobased products developed for the lubrication of machine tools and slides. They eliminate stick-slip or table chatter by reducing friction between mating surfaces. Where ways are heavily loaded they provide super high film strength and excellent EP protection.
Bio-Slide Way™ Lubricants formulations have metal wetting and adhesion properties that enable them to form uniform films that resist squeezing from way surfaces while machine is not in operation. By preventing stick-slip, the wear of way surfaces is minimized and their service life is greatly extended.
Bio-Slide Way™ 32 Lubricant is generally recommended for dual purpose hydraulic and way lubrication service.
