BPL™ Tacky White (Food Grade H1)

BPL™ Tacky White is a specially formulated, biodegradable, biobased penetrant that can be used as a light tacky solid lubricant in food processing equipment and is essentially odorless and tasteless. Incorporating the white graphite provides a solid film extreme pressure lubricant that reduces friction and wear on sliding surfaces.  Because of the super high viscosity index of the Stabilized* HOBS, this product performs in many applications.

Bio-Dry Slide Lubricant (Food Grade H1)

Bio-Dry Slide Lubricant is a biobased Extreme Pressure (EP) formulation specially designed for lubricating sliding surfaces that require a fast dry solid lubricant or release agent.  This product is fortified with a food grade synthetic white graphite EP that lubricates and reduces friction equal or better than PTFE.

These BioPreferred™ Fluids are formulated to perform in hydraulic systems, gear drives, bearings and high speed spindle applications that require a lower viscosity formulation with Anti-Wear (AW), anti-rust, anti-oxidation, anti-foam, and demulsibility properties, and They are highly inhibited against moisture and rusting in both fresh and sea water and pass both A and B Sequences of the ASTM D-665 Turbine Oil Rust Test.

A specially formulated Low Flash-Low VOC (LFLV), that provides faster evaporation and less oily film after cleaning.  It is an ultimately biodegradable1 Cleaner/Degreaser that is a safer improvement over just petroleum solvents alone for cleaning parts and equipment in food processing plants.  This safe, nonflammable low VOC product contains approximately 25% Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
