Bio-Extreme™ High Temperature Oven Lubricant is an NSF H1 food grade lubricant designed for oven chains, pins, and bearings operating in extreme high-temperature environments. Fortified with synthetic food grade white graphite, it delivers reliable lubrication where conventional oils fail, providing consistent performance in continuous oven operations.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based oven chain lubricants, this biodegradable lubricant forms a clean, off-white solid lubricating film as the base oils dissipate, reducing carbon buildup and extending equipment life. The synthetic white graphite provides effective lubrication at temperatures exceeding 1000°C (1832°F) with intermittent capability up to 2000°C (3632°F).

Free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), this lubricant offers a high auto-ignition temperature above 371°C (ASTM D-659) for safer operation in high-heat environments. It also maintains lubrication beyond the limits of traditional solid lubricants such as black graphite, PTFE, and molybdenum disulfide, which typically lose effectiveness between 400°C and 500°C.
