Bio-Blast™ Penetrant is a fast-acting, biodegradable penetrating oil designed to loosen rusted, seized, and corroded components in industrial, automotive, marine, and general maintenance applications. Formulated with low surface tension and high capillary action, it penetrates deeply into tight tolerances, threads, and assemblies to free frozen parts quickly and effectively.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based penetrating oils and solvents, Bio-Blast™ delivers excellent lubrication, corrosion protection, and moisture displacement. Its high polarity base oils allow it to creep along metal surfaces and penetrate vertically into threads, providing reliable performance in hard-to-reach areas and improving equipment maintenance efficiency.

This biodegradable penetrant is non-flammable, VOC-free, and non-staining to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It also provides dielectric insulating properties up to 47 kV (ASTM D-877), making it suitable for use in electrical equipment and sensitive applications. Its environmentally responsible formulation makes it ideal for use where direct exposure to soil, water, or the work environment may occur.
