Bio-Penetrating Lubricant™ (BPL™) Food Grade is an NSF H1 food grade penetrant and light lubricant designed for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical equipment where incidental contact may occur. Engineered for clean environments, it provides outstanding penetration, lubrication, and corrosion protection in tight-tolerance components and assemblies.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based penetrating oils and light lubricants, this biodegradable formulation penetrates deeply into threads, chains, cables, hinges, and mechanical assemblies while leaving a protective lubricating film. It is ideal for maintenance, assembly, and light-duty lubrication in sensitive food-grade applications.

Formulated with patented Stabilized™ HOBS technology, this odorless and tasteless lubricant delivers high dielectric strength (47 kV, ASTM D-877), making it suitable for use in electrical components and sensitive equipment. It is free of VOCs, chlorine, heavy metals, and animal byproducts, and is manufactured under kosher supervision. This product meets EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) and is readily biodegradable.
