Bio-Food Grade™ Hydraulic Fluid is an NSF H1 food grade hydraulic fluid designed for food processing, packaging, and incidental contact applications, delivering reliable performance in environments where product safety is critical. Formulated with ingredients that are Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS), it provides a safe and compliant solution for hydraulic systems operating around food.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based hydraulic oils, this biodegradable hydraulic fluid delivers excellent anti-wear (AW) protection, oxidation stability, rust resistance, anti-foam performance, and strong water separation (demulsibility) in hydraulic systems and gear drives. It is highly resistant to moisture and corrosion in both fresh and saltwater environments, passing ASTM D-665 A and B rust tests for long-term protection.

Incorporating high viscosity index base stocks, this full synthetic formulation delivers performance beyond traditional synthetic hydraulic fluids, providing improved efficiency and consistent operation across a wide range of temperatures. Suitable for use in environmentally sensitive areas including agriculture, marine, and food processing facilities, it meets EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) and is manufactured under kosher supervision.
