Fire resistant hydraulic fluid designed for industrial, mobile, and high-temperature applications where fire safety is critical. Engineered for use in environments such as steel mills, foundries, and other high-heat operations, it provides reliable hydraulic performance where conventional petroleum-based oils increase fire risk.
Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based hydraulic oils, Bio-HVO2™ delivers excellent thermal stability, anti-wear (AW) protection, oxidation resistance, and long service life in vane, piston, and gear pump systems. Its formulation is built to maintain performance under elevated temperatures while reducing the risk of ignition.
This biodegradable hydraulic fluid is suitable for environmentally sensitive applications and meets EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs). It provides a safer alternative to traditional hydraulic oils while maintaining dependable system performance in demanding operating conditions.
