Description

Stern tube lubricant designed for marine vessels, fin stabilizers, and controllable pitch propeller (CPP) systems, delivering reliable performance in high-moisture and demanding marine environments. Engineered for critical marine applications, it provides consistent lubrication under static, dynamic, and shock load conditions.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based stern tube lubricants, Bio-SynXtra™ provides excellent anti-wear, oxidation stability, rust protection, and corrosion resistance. Its emulsifying formulation maintains a stable lubricating film in the presence of water, allowing it to perform effectively even with significant seawater contamination.

Formulated with proprietary Stabilized™ biosynthetic base oils, this biodegradable lubricant delivers high viscosity index performance, strong film strength, and enhanced seal compatibility to reduce leakage and extend seal life. It is compatible with common seal materials including Viton, fluorosilicone, Teflon, polyurethane, Buna-N, and HNBR. This product meets EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) and exceeds major marine OEM requirements.
