Bio-Dry Slide™ Lubricant (Food Grade H1 Dry Film Lubricant)
Description
Bio-Dry Slide™ Lubricant is a high-performance biobased extreme pressure (EP) dry film lubricant engineered for sliding surfaces that require a fast-drying, non-oily lubricating film or release agent. Fortified with food grade synthetic white graphite, it delivers friction reduction equal to or better than PTFE while maintaining a clean, dry surface that will not attract dirt or dust.
Formulated in a unique biodegradable, biobased carrier, Bio-Dry Slide™ provides an exceptionally low coefficient of friction (0.08) along with outstanding anti-wear, anti-rust, and anti-oxidation protection. It creates a durable white dry film that performs reliably in demanding applications where traditional wet lubricants are not suitable.
Unlike conventional lubricants such as PTFE, black graphite, and molybdenum disulfide, Bio-Dry Slide™ continues to lubricate at elevated temperatures exceeding 1000°C, maintaining performance well beyond the temperature range (400°C–500°C) where other lubricants begin to fail.
This product contains no trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, tetrafluoroethane, heavy metals, lead, antimony, zinc, or chlorine, making it a safer alternative for both operators and equipment.
Bio-Dry Slide™ is an environmentally responsible lubricant formulated from renewable agricultural resources, designed to support sustainable performance in food processing, manufacturing, and clean operating environments.
