Bio-Bottle Jack™ Hydraulic Fluid is an ISO 32 biodegradable hydraulic fluid designed for bottle jacks, floor jacks, lift systems, and material handling equipment, delivering reliable performance in both mobile and stationary applications. Engineered for lifting systems, it provides consistent operation and protection in demanding environments.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based hydraulic oils, this biosynthetic hydraulic fluid delivers excellent anti-wear (AW) protection, oxidation stability, rust prevention, and strong water separation (demulsibility) in vane, piston, and gear pump systems. It performs reliably in lifting equipment, hydraulic gates, and material handling systems while helping extend equipment life.

Formulated with patented Stabilized™ HOBS technology, this high viscosity index fluid provides consistent performance across a wide range of operating conditions, including extreme environments. It is fully compatible with conventional petroleum hydraulic fluids and common seal materials, making it easy to transition into existing systems. This biodegradable hydraulic fluid meets EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs) and is suitable for environmentally sensitive applications.
