Bio-E.P.™ Gear Oil is a biodegradable EP gear oil designed for industrial gear drives, bearings, and enclosed gear systems operating under heavy loads and shock loading conditions. Recommended for spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear configurations, it delivers reliable performance in demanding heavy-duty applications.

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based gear oils, this biosynthetic gear oil meets or exceeds major industry and OEM specifications including U.S. Steel 224, AGMA 9005-E02, DIN 51517 Part 3, ISO 12925-1 CKD, David Brown S1.53.101, and Cincinnati Machine requirements. It provides strong load-carrying capacity, wear protection, oxidation stability, and corrosion resistance while maintaining consistent performance under load.

Formulated with Stabilized HOBS technology combined with synthetic base stocks, this high viscosity index (VI) gear oil delivers excellent thermal stability, improved efficiency, and long service life. Its advanced formulation provides high film strength to reduce wear, supports rapid water separation (demulsibility) for easier contamination removal, and helps extend equipment life in environments where leakage or frequent oil changes are common.
