Description

Bio-Fleet™ Hydraulic Fluid is a readily biodegradable, zinc-free hydraulic fluid engineered for fleet, construction, marine, and industrial equipment operating in demanding environments. Formulated with natural esters and advanced anti-wear technology, it delivers reliable performance in systems requiring anti-wear (AW), anti-rust, oxidation resistance, anti-foam, and excellent water separation (demulsibility).

Designed to replace conventional petroleum-based hydraulic oils, Bio-Fleet provides strong protection for vane, piston, and gear pumps while extending fluid life and reducing maintenance. Its high-performance formulation meets or exceeds major industry and OEM requirements including Vickers M-2950-S, Vickers 1-286-S, and DIN 51524 Part 2 and 3 (HLP/HVLP), along with passing Vickers 35VQ25 and V-104C vane pump tests.

With a zinc-free additive system and high-pressure pump capability, Bio-Fleet delivers dependable operation across a wide range of applications while meeting EPA VGP requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs).
